In ITL draw benches the draw is completely central, i.e. force is applied in the drawing center, and the drawing elements which are pre-tensioned, with the result that point breakage is virtually eliminated. Combining maximum possible drawing speeds with high return speeds, this draw bench concept provides a cold working system with particulalry high efficiency.

Construction :
Heavy duty roller chains, with cables for return travel, are used for all drawing materials. The draw chains combine with the return cables and the carriage to form one closed system which is tensioned at all times.

The drive is A.C. motor with variable frequency arrangement and coupled to 2 stage Helical Reduction Gear Box. The output of gear box is drive to the pinion of bull gear which is turs revolves sprocket wheel and transmits power at maximum efficiency and takes care of misalignments.
