Construction :
The whole pointing assemle is carried in a rectangular, Fabricated steel frame which in turn is held within steel fabricated body. It is ergonomically designed to gives easy a7 tireless working to operator. The design provides a machine of high strength and rigidity, capable of high pointing speed without cracking the tube which is fully automatic. by pressing the tube against length stopper, cycle get started and terminates when tube gets pointed. All the dies are manufactured from HCH Cr/ OHMS Tool steel and specially hardened to 60 - 62 RC to provide a smooth working surface with high resistance to wear.
